Job Title: Ad Operations Manager

Salary: £35,000- $40,000

 

Our client is a leading digital sports content media. They are looking for an Ad Operations Manager to join their London team.

 

The Role:

  • Inventory Management, Reporting, Optimisation and Delivery of all campaigns
  • Liaison with AM team to support MRG levels that have to be met for publishers
  • Liaison with trafficking team in India to ensure all campaigns are trafficked accurately and timely following requirements in CRM booking system
  • Discrepancy management between 3rd party and Perform numbers
  • Analysing campaign performance followed by proactive optimisation
  • Attending regular meetings with mapped sales members and stakeholders
  • Coordination of unique rich media/creative solutions executions
  • Understand, adapt and adopt to industry changes to how campaigns are booked and delivered including DMP, Viewability and programmatic deals
  • Agency and client contact at various levels where required
  • Campaign admin duties including: Ad ops inbox and shared drive management
  • Attending regular meetings with mapped sales members and stakeholders
  • Provide support for Programmatic sales team and launch, deliver, optimize all vendor campaigns accurately and timely to achieve highest yield and performance
  • Provide ad ops tech guidance and support for launching all Programmatic vendors
  • Provide support for Account Management, sales and various business stakeholders to manage all Publisher set up for sites and products
  • Create Tags, Sites, Products and Test and implement sites and products onto Perform platforms where required

 

Skills required

  • Minimum 2-3 years Ad Ops experience with knowledge of Display, Mobile and Pre-Roll products and adservers
  • Experience using Online Media platforms, including: Display, Video, Mobile, Apps, CRM and all leading Rich Media vendors
  • Project Management skills – Intermediate level
  • Trouble shooting skills including tools such as Ghostery, Firebug etc
  • Using Order Management Tools such as CRM, Salesforce, DSM, Solbright, Operative Dashboard, Fivia
  • Desirable skills in HTML, Javascript and Flash
  • Desirable analytical skillset including Macros, formulas and Pivot tables
  • Programmatic experience – Intermediate level
  • Desirable knowledge of the digital landscape including programmatic trading
  • Commercial and revenue delivery skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
