You will need to be a talented, articulated and highly organised individual to work alongside our Media Agency desk to recruit appropriate candidates for various job opportunities in the Digital, Communications Planning and AV roles. This is an excellent opportunity to learn about the digital media and advertisement market and develop vital industry skills.

Experience working on complex projects coordinating deliverables with internal and external stakeholders is strongly desired (either professionally or during studies). Role Overview

  • You will work closely with the Senior Media Planning & Buying Lead to recruit appropriate candidates for various job opportunities across digital and offline media planning opportunities.
  • Source candidates via headhunting, account management of the database, LinkedIn, proactive/reactive referrals.
  • Post job advertisements on various channels; LinkedIn, Mediaweek,
  • Filter through prospective candidates Curriculum Vitaes via various databases.
  • Provide candidates with job descriptions and collect feedback.
  • Register and reference prospective candidates.
  • Receive and format candidate’s Curriculum Vitaes.
  • Achieve and exceed the agreed upon target.
