Publishers work with the client to create brand new video inventory and manage their existing inventory, monetising it through programmatic buying, their own sales force, or third parties. Their native video advertising solutions encompass a series of formats inserted deep into media content, like the inRead playing inside articles. It is changing the game within the video advertising market by creating unprecedented levels of premium inventory, which did not exist before.

Brands and agencies can access this top-tier, premium inventory, available on the web and on mobile, through programmatic or managed services. Through its managed services capabilities, the team execute on their clients behalf using its platform. A recent addition provides brands, agencies and publishers with platform tools to enhance creative executions, across platform, through the use of interactive video, vertical video, 360, and data driven creative.

This role will provide an excellent springboard for a career in digital advertising technology. The Technical Account Management position calls for a candidate with good technical and creative acumen with a strong desire to succeed in a fast moving, ever changing, ad tech environment

The role

· Manage the clients bookings for campaigns that utilise the companies Studio technology

· When required build campaigns using the Studio and export these campaigns in line with specifications through to trafficking via other stakeholders

· Where appropriate, liaise with the studio Senior Technical Account Manager on the building of custom campaigns

· Develop a full understanding of the client’s processes and ad specifications

· House all booking documentation (IO’s) as per requirements

· Proactively feedback to stakeholders and or advertisers with status updates on their campaigns, both before they go live and through the duration of the campaign

· Effectively oversee the campaign project list and prioritisation with the relevant teams

· Educate, persuade and help sales teams upsell to advertisers. Use the Studio to create mock ups

· Troubleshoot client technical questions

· Provide superior support and exceed expectations

· Participate in briefing meetings in order to offer sales technical support

· Gather post-campaign feedback and build case studies

· Participate in client facing sales meetings in order to offer technical sales support

· Liaise with the Studio commercial director on all aspects of Job functions and offer ways in which to improve processes

 

Minimum requirements

· Technical knowledge of Flash and HTML5

·  Ability to multi-task and support multiple projects whilst meeting deadlines

·  Consultative approach with aim of creating long term relationships

·  Excellent organisational skills, time management and project management skills

·  Analytical skills, with an aptitude for numbers and data

·  Excellent communication skills

·  Tenacious, proactive and solution driven attributes

·  Interest in the technical components of digital advertising
