Key Responsibilities: ● The Programmatic Sales Manager EMEA will be responsible for onboarding new buyers and booking campaigns across EMEA, for unique kids-safe programmatic solution ● Build, maintain and manage relationships with Agencies, Trading Desks, Independent DSPs, AdNetworks and other demand sources ● Proactively identifying and drive new commercial opportunities within our our existing client base and beyond ● Work with the operations team to ensure campaign delivery success and growth of partnerships ● Travel to EMEA markets at least once, or twice a quarter, to activate new buyer relationships ● Work closely with existing members of the sales team to ensure clients are spending budgets as effectively as possible across our products ● Work closely with the team to optimise revenue, client’s performance, and provide insights into best practices as well as collaborate with cross functional groups ● Provide actionable market feedback to our product team to drive product development that is aligned with market trends

Required Experience: ● 2-4 years programmatic sales experience ● Contacts within agency trading desks is a must, and media agencies is also preferable ● Experience in exceeding sales targets ● Experience cultivating new business ● Solid understanding of and a passion for programmatic advertising Qualities We Look For: ● You are a fire-starter, you can clearly demonstrate your abilities to get things done without direct supervision and understand what it means to deliver excellence to stakeholders ● Able to deal with pressure in a fast-paced environment ● Commercially aware, numerate and analytical ● Insanely well-organised with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. ● Extremely driven and passionate
