The Opportunity: The Publishing Manager role consists in consolidating and building the Global Publishing. Reaching healthy margins based on targets, maintaining great publisher relationship and engineering global trading deals with key partners. Given the Premium niche in which the client operates, our Publishing Manager will need to have a consulting role for the sales team, have a strong knowledge of publisher’s offering and live campaigns. We are looking for a core set of skills in a Publishing Manager: Highly motivated to build the business Media planning & buying Analytical skills Personable character (building rapport with Publishers, outgoing) Confident communicator and presenter (great power of convincing) Dedication and commitment to achieving results Persistence and proactive approach to work Technical ability (Microsoft and Mac Office) Creative thinking – Pitching for creative ideas and high end presentation

We bring to market the most selective whitelist of local premium publishers, focusing on inventory outside of programmatic (+300 premium in +25 markets), offering a full transparency (reporting site by site), HTML5 creative build (Celtra) and local market coordination.
