Job Description

My cient is looking for a strong PPC account manager with previous experience managing a large-scale PPC account. The principal objective of your role will be to lead the team so they are constantly smashing their targets. That translates into you being obsessed by the detail, being on top of the numbers, able to devise plans which drive more sales while ensuring gold standard delivery and client service.

Key Responsibilities

The Day to Day

  • ·       Optimise key accounts and drive better performance.
  • ·       Lead the performance discussion for new campaigns and integrated strategies with wider business teams.
  • ·       Ensure the smooth running and consistent delivery of performance across all of your accounts.
  • ·       Be the client contact for all PPC related questions, and be the go to person for up-skilling and training the external client teams and internal teams on biddable media, and new opportunities in biddable.
  • ·       Inspire your team to be the best they can be ensuring your team has the skills, training and opportunities to excel.
  • ·       Manage the client’s biddable investment and ensure that the client’s biddable investment is delivering to core KPIs.
  • ·       Be the person to enforce the client’s concept of “brilliant basics”, making sure that great work is built on a solid foundation of consistent account optimisation, reporting, analysis and insight.

 

 

Desired Skills & Experience

Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience

A solid background in performance media is essential, with extensive experience of paid search being at the core of this. Experience of working with Dart Search and Google Analytics would be advantageous.

Strong presentation skills and a high level of articulation are required for an account manager in the performance team. You’ll be as comfortable building strong relationships with the client and internal stakeholders, as you are with writing macros, vlookups and creating pivot tables in excel.
